Generatortech’s Data Acquisition & Analysis Systems allows your staff to analyze your generator's field windings. We have a portable system and a rack-mounted permanently installed system. Once the equipment is setup, testing is hands-off using both systems.
Portable Analysis System
Model 9610
The Generatortech Model 9610 Portable Analysis System has been our data collection and analysis “workhorse” for the rotor shorted turn detection field for nearly 40 years.
The portable system can be used to test any of your generators. Analysis can be done in-house or data can be sent to Generatortech for analysis.
The system is offered with or without a laptop computer and comes packaged in a rugged, wheeled carry case for maximum protection and portability.
The software has two automatic recording modes which automatically save waveforms that optimize detection sensitivity in each rotor coil as load is changed on the generator. The equipment can be setup before a startup or shutdown and left to run untended until the startup or shutdown is complete. There is no need to stop at specific loads to manually record waveforms.
Permanent Analysis System
Model G50
The Generatortech Model G50 Remote Analysis System is the latest development for rotor shorted turn detection providing 24/7 continuous data collection.
Using the same, time-tested, Generatortech Data Acquisition and Analysis Program that our portable Model 9610 system uses, the Model G50 is a rack-mounted system designed to simultaneously monitor up to four generators.
A generator’s flux probe is permanently connected to the G50 which can be accessed remotely and automatically—your staff no longer needs to travel to distant power stations for testing.
Generatortech will provide contracted services to be responsible for your regularly scheduled testing and analysis via the secure VPN connection.
